Method 1: Export Outlook contacts to vCard (.vcf) file using Save As
- Launch Microsoft Outlook.
- Go to the navigation bar.
- Click on People (for Outlook 2013) or Contacts (for Outlook 2007, 2010).
- Select the contact(s) to export in vCard format.
- Go to the File tab, click Save As button.
- Specify the folder and location to save the file, set the Save as a type to vCard files.
- Click Save to export all the contacts in vCard file format.
Method2: Export Outlook Contacts to vCard File using Outlook’s Import and Export Wizard:
- Go to the Contacts folder and open the contact to export to a vCard.
- In the window with an opened contact, go to File.
- Click Save As and choose the target location as .vcf
Method 3: Export Multiple Contacts as vCard with Forward Function
To export multiple contacts as vCard, forward the contacts as a business card and then save them in a folder.
- Select the contacts to export as vCard. Click Home > Forward Contact > As a Business Card.
- In the Message window, right-click at the contacts in Attached field, choose Select All from context menu.
- Press Ctrl + C to copy the contacts, go to a folder to locate the contacts, press Ctrl + V to place them.
Note: For Outlook 2007 or previous version, click Actions > Send Full Contact > In Internet Format (vCard)
Method 4: Export Outlook Contacts to vCard File Using Gmail
Step 1: Export Outlook contacts into CSV file
- Launch Microsoft Outlook.
- Open File menu and select Open & Export.
- Select Open & Export and then click Import/Export option.
- Select Export to a File in Import/Export Wizard and click Next
- Select Comma Separated Values in Export to a File Wizard
- Choose the Destination location where you want to save the CSV file
- Now, Initiate the process to export Outlook contacts to CSV file

Step 2: Import CSV File into Gmail
- Login to your Gmail account
